Zachary Schwartz brings more than 20 years of hospitality investment and operating experience spanning hotel ownership platforms, institutional investors and global hospitality brands.

He previously served as CEO of a private equity portfolio company where he led acquisition-driven platform growth, operational transformation and a successful shareholder exit.

Earlier he worked as a hospitality investment executive at Cerberus Capital Management, where he led European hotel real estate and NPL transactions and served as a board director for private equity-owned hospitality platforms comprising more than 4,000 keys.

Earlier in his career he held acquisition, asset management and brand leadership roles with Host Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Leading Hotels of the World.

Over the course of his career he has completed more than 100 hospitality investment and strategy engagements globally, supporting investors and ownership groups across acquisitions, asset management and strategic planning.
